New Regional Centers (CO, FL, NV)

The USCIS list of approved regional centers has been updated as of 6/4/2010.

The updated list reflects two name changes: Los Angeles Regional Center California Film Commission (operated by Can Am Enterprises) is now “Los Angeles County Regional Center” (not to be confused with the existing “Los Angeles Regional Center”) and what appeared last month as “Kentucky Regional Center” is now “Midwest EB-5 Regional Center.”

Additionally, four new Regional Centers have appeared on the list:

  • Colorado Regional Center, LLC
    Geographic Scope: State of Colorado
Industries: Office Buildings, Hotels, Light Manufacturing, Residential Construction, Retail Trade and Bioscience Research Park
  • Gold Coast Florida Regional Center
Geographic Scope: Florida counties of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach
Industries: Residential Building Construction; Non-Residential Building Construction; Accommodation; Food Services and Trade
  • South Atlantic Regional Center (SARC)
Geographic Scope: Palm Beach County, Florida
Industry Clusters: Hotels, Restaurants, General Office Development, Medical Office Development, Retail Automotive Dealership, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facility, and Retail Shopping Centers
Note: This Regional Center appears to be affiliated with “REDA”, which states on its website that it is “America’s largest owner-operator of federally-approved EB-5 Regional Centers,” though it does not detail which Regional Centers.
  • Las Vegas Regional Center
    Geographic Scope: Clark County, Nevada
Industry Clusters: Hotel, Manufacturing, Retail Shopping Centers, Restaurant, Casino, General Retail, Office, Medical Office, Assisted Living/Nursing Home & Sports & Recreation Centers
Note: The applicant American Dream Fund LLC is also behind the successful Los Angeles Regional Center.
