Where can I find good lists of EB-5 projects to consider? I’d rather not have to contact every single regional center.
EB-5 offerings are private offerings, so it would not be legal to publicize lists of projects seeking investment. You might look for a broker that has already done the work of contacting every single regional center — keeping in mind that you and the broker may have different standards for assessing EB-5 projects.

Are you sure that it’s not legal to post a list of EB-5 projects? I understand that brokers need a license and that some projects can be marketed only to accredited investors. But is it really illegal for somebody who is not trying to sell securities to post a list of EB-5 projects?
When does an innocent project-lister become a broker-dealer, and when does the Regional Center’s innocent leak of project detail to that lister endanger its private offering exemption? The link is to a certain page number in a large file with many letters, but if you wait for the page to fully load it will eventually direct to the pages with NYC Metro RC’s letter. When I have time, I will upload each RC’s designation letter separately.
