FY12 Q1 EB-5 Statistics
January 23, 2012 8 Comments
USCIS has released new statistics as part of the presentation for the 1/23 EB-5 Stakeholder Meeting. This data shows us that USCIS has generally liked what it’s seen in I-526 and especially I-829 filings, and has found a lot not to like in recent Regional Center applications and amendments.

Thanks very much for the interesting statistics. Looks like 2012 could be a big year for EB5s.
Do you have any updated information regarding I-526 processing times. USCIS haven’t updated their site since sept 30th and is still showing 8 months. Just wondering if anyone has any real world time schedules.
The lasted posted processing times I see are dated 11/14/11 (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do) and do still show 8 months processing time.
Thanks Suzanne.
Thats pretty strange. My attempts still show 30 september as does my wires on another machine.
I can’t open your link but this is the one i use.
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/ProcTimes.do
I use this link, then for the “Service Center” drop-down menu choose “California Service Center” https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do
Thanks Suzanne.
Although that page was updated 15 nov it is as of 30th September 2011.
Hopefully we will get a more accurate picture shortly.
I see. Thanks for pointing this out! And if anyone else following this conversation has further insight into processing times, please let us know.
