EB-5 Updates 
It will take a little while to fully digest the subtle and major changes from prior versions but the discussion of bridge financing and V.D.2 Material change after obtaining CPR status are quite welcome.
Seems like CSC currently is not motivated to adjudicate quickly pending EB-5 cases, especially since the new EB-5 Program Office has been moved to Wash DC. Wonder when the new Wash DC Office will take over all EB-5 cases pending at CSC.
